Welcome to Sisters Wing of RICMA

The Sisters Wing of RICMA was add to concentrate on the needs of Sisters in Rhode Island.

It is very important that RICMA can provide a section dedicated to Sisters by Sisters. (Sister to Sister) Inshallah, we also hope to provide an informational hub for Muslims, converts and those seeking more information about Women in Islam.

New Muslims

Learning from one another is very important and a great way to learn. However it is always encouraged to take what you learn and research it with Quran and Authentic Hadiths. 

Be very careful where you do get your information from. There are many books and web sites that clam to be "Islamic" ,but are far from the truth. It is a good idea to research an author before you pick up the book to read.

New Muslims need a place that they can feel at home and know that they will be guided to the right path. Inshallah we hope you will find this here. We will do are best to help you along the way.  Join a sisters group, participate in a class and remember to always ask questions.
